The installer for this free application is asking for a product key. I don't see where it is located in any of the files or documentation. Since the application is marketed as free, what do I need the key to install it?
It's possible that your Crystal Reports Viewer version is not a free one. Download and install the application from the official web page and you will not need a serial key. The latest version is Crystal Reports Viewer 2013.
