I recently purchased the full version of XBL Barcode Generator and haven't received a user id or registration code via email or the CD. What to do?

If you haven't received a serial number or CD, you might need to get in contact with the seller. To do this, visit the Contact page at the official website and drop an email with this issues. In case the developer refuses to provide a serial number, you have the right to request a refund through the payment method used or from your bank.
