I used this application for a long time, and I can say to you that it works right. There are, however, multiple reasons for errors (a corrupt or a missing file, a failed update, etc.). Therefore, I recommend that you to perform a fresh installation of the software. Download GoZone iSync from its official webpage or you can download it through Software Informer application's page.
It's always recommended using a newer version of the software from its official website when you have problems with the older one.
