There are three options provided by Yahoo to recover your password: mobile number, alternative email and secret questions. If you're account has been configured only with the alternative email option, I recommend you contact Yahoo support team. If it has been configured with one of the two other options, navigate to the official web page, check the first box, click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
