You can obtain free templates for Wordpress by visiting the official download website. It seems that there are a lot of items on the mentioned site that you can use on your personal projects. Also, you can use Google to find other sources where you can download themes.

Certainly I can, but the only thing that is bothering me is the kind of WP theme that you are looking for. I think you should check out for free WordPress themes provider websites to get the desired ones from there. To find such kind of websites, you can give a simple search on Internet by entering “free WordPress themes download” or other similar query.

On the internet - you can find many WordPress free themes but using the free themes for the professional website is not good as per WordPress Developers because when you download any free theme you do not know the code used to create a theme. So always choose good website or source to downloads free themes.
