In order to remove your phone number from another account, you need to access it and go to Settings, under Mobile Settings and press the Remove button next to your number. This is the only way to remove the phone number. This can't be done from external sources. If the phone number is used without your agreement, contact the Facebook developers on the following website. They should be able to help you recover it.
