I entered too many times a wrong patter and now my device is locked. In order to unlock it, I need to enter the Google account that I don't remember anymore. I tried to perform a hard reset but I couldn't enter the recovery menu by pressing the Volume Up + power button. What can I do in this case?

All the information found on the Internet suggests that in order to enter the recovery menu, you need to use the key combination mentioned. In this case, you should try again. If you don't remember the Google account, this is the only way to use your device again.

To perform a factory reset, turn OFF your device first. After, press and hold Volume Up key + Power. When you see the Alcatel logo, release the Power button, but keep holding the Volume Up key until you see the Android logo. From there you should choose wipe data / factory reset option. This should fix your problem. For additional information about this subject, use Google.
