When you lose vital data about your email account, the best way to recover it is through the contact page. Unfortunately, I can't provide a valid contact page if you didn't specify the email service you use. However, access the page where you have the account and then try to get in touch with the developer. If you can provide information about your account, then they will reset the password for you.
