There has to be some other problem caused by something else because there haven't been any reports for the application and playlists. If you have the possibility, export the playlists, re-install the application and then import them back. The files should be on their location on the hard disk, and that shouldn't be a problem when importing them back to the software. The Siist is an application from a different category, and the DVC Media is from another one.
