The Auto-clicker program that I use stops when I'm switching users. I need a program that can work with multiple users at the same time. This will reduce my work time. Is there a software solution with this functionality?

No. There is no Auto-clicker program that can work with multiple users at the same time because all users from a PC use a single mouse (cursor). The job of an auto-clicker program is to make clicks and move the cursor around. Because of this, there is no way that 2 or more users to use (move) the cursor at the same time.
