How to unlock LAVA IRIS 352e?

I have LAVA IRIS 352e and I tried pressing Volume UP + Power button, but in the boot menu Wipe Data/Factory reset option is not present. What can I do?

related to an answer for: How can I unlock my Iris 351 Lava mobile? I have forgotten the screen pattern.

You've been using the wrong combination to access the Recovery Menu. The correct key combination is Volume Down + Power key, then you can enter the Recovery Menu. Most of the websites indicate that this is the correct combination that you need to use to access the Recovery Mode.
