This application will convert raw codes into PCSX2 pnach format. Simply paste the codes in RAW format on the right column then press Convert, and the codes will be converted to normal format that you can use later. Additionally, use OmniConvert to convert the codes to different CheatEngines. Both applications can be found on the official page of the developer (Hosted on PCSX2 Forums).
