There is no application that can do this directly. However, I suggest you take a look at Virtuous Ten Studio. This is a programming tool that has the ability to decompile JAR files in order to compile them to APK, which can be used on any Android device. Virtuous Teen Studio is a freeware application, but you will need some basic programing skills to use it.
