Updating DVD43.

Question

I have renewed my license two times in 2014 (once on January 8 and once on January 28). Both times payment was through PayPal. Please send me a telephone number of someone to telephone about this matter. Also, when I renewed my license there was a statement to update my free DVD43 software. I went to their web site, but I could not tell which program to use. Therefore, I would appreciate if you send me a telephone number of someone to call about this matter and walk me through which DVD program to choose. Can you help?

DVD43 is a free of charge plugin for the 1Click DVD Copy software. It is developed by Captain Red, but there is no contact information available. I suggest you check the PayPal transaction confirmation message and use the information that you can find there to contact an official. In order to update the software, navigate to the official website, click on one of the three provided links and wait several seconds:

After that, save the file to your computer and install the utility following the on-screen instructions.

Note: Unfortunately, you can't use the standalone version of the program anymore, because it has been discontinued and it is no longer supported.
