My keyboard and mouse don't work.

My keyboard and mouse doesn't work and I tried to reset my PC to factory settings with Paradigit Recovery Center. The computer reboots and after a while it shows the first window of the wizard. I can't click Next because the mouse and keyboard don't work anymore. None of the USB ports seems to be alive. They are enabled in BIOS. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, check if all cables are plugged into the correct slots. If they are, disconnect all of them, wait for several seconds and then plug them back in. If it doesn't help, test the keyboard and mouse on another PC. If they do not work there as well, you will need to purchase new ones. Check Microsoft Support page for further solutions.
