Cannot access my account.

I remember the answers to my secret questions, but Yahoo is sending messages to an alternate email which I did not apply for.

In case you cannot access your email, try calling the Yahoo support. They will ask you a few questions about security then you will be able to access the account or use the security answers to reset the password.

The call number is: 1-800-318-0612.
