I can't download & install latest version of Google Play Store. Let us know how to download & install, please.

You can't download Google Play Store. The service contains a built-in updater which, when you're connected to theInternet, will update itself. The latest version of Google Play Store is not available for all the devices. Some devices run lower or modified versions of Google Play Store. It's best to wait for it to update itself.
