Can't download Viber on Nokia C3. Can you help?

I have tried so many sites to download Viber, but I was unable to download because my cell is not an Android one and i can't afford to buy an Android cell. Is it possible to download Viber?

You can't install Viber because it is not compatible with the operating system installed in your Nokia C3. Although it's Symbian, the OS represents a stripped down version which does not have support for Viber.

Trying to install it via Ovi Store gives the following message: Sorry, this item is not available for the Nokia C3-00.
