Project Manager - can't indent and need manual of the software.

Question

I can't indent tasks on Project Manager to collapse smaller tasks into larger ones. Is this possible? The indent button is inactive. Why? Also, is there a manual for the software?

Unfortunately, there is no info about the Project Manager or about the available procedures. Also, no manual is available for downloading. I have checked all the online websites, but they offered information for other products. If you have the software, go to Help > Help topics to find additional data about the software.
