The availability of the application.

When will the application be added again to Google Play? How long do I need to wait until then? If not, will it be available to download on other application store?

The application was removed from Google Play due to terms violation. Because of this, the chances to be re-added to the store are little. It isn't advised to download applications from other sources than Google Play because you could damage your device. However, you can use Google in order to find another source from where you can download the mentioned application.
