It means that your version of Classic Shell is not developed to run with your Windows 8 operating system. In this case you can either upgrade the application to a compatible version or you can use Program Compatibility Troubleshooter. Since the application is free, I recommend you to download and install the latest version from the official web page. It is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.
