You can't run Google Play in Windroy because there is no support for the Play Services. This is one downside of the emulator. If you want Google Play, then Bluestacks is the right choice. For Windroy, the installation of apps is done manually through the APK packages. There is no known way of adding Play Store to the Windroy emulator at this time.
