I have installed Hotspot Shield Elite on Android, but it's not connecting.

I have installed Elite version on Android (Nexux 4), but it's not connecting. Even contacted HSSelite helpdesk, but they are giving strange replies. What should I do?

related to an answer for: I'm living in Saudi Arabia. I can't download Hotspot Shield. It is blocked. What can I do?

The problem might not be related to your phone, but to the Internet connection used by your phone. I advise changing the Internet connection then attempt to connect again. I have a trial version of the Elite and it works just fine. There is no filter installed or imposed by the ISP and the connection is successful. I have tried on Nexus 7.
