There isn't a known cause that can generate this behavior. In order to fix this problem, try to update the program to the latest version. If you have the latest one installed, try to download it again in order to re-install the program. This might help in your problem.
Also, it might help to turn DEP service OFF (Data Execution Prevention) for this program. DEP is a security feature that is protecting your applications from being harmed by viruses or malwares. To turn it OFF, right click on My Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings > under Performance click Settings > Data Execution Prevention > click on Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select. Add your program to the exclusion list and click OK. After you did this, try to open the program again.
