Can't get pictures from scanner to PC.

I can't get the scanner to transfer any pictures on my new PC. The scan itself starts without problem, but then the picture doesn't show in any of my folders on PC. I checked Canon MG2100 Properties and under 'event' I get this:

Under Actions section I can't change the point. Is this the problem why I can't get pictures from the scan?

Do I need to install anything else?

In order to use the Canon MG2100 on your PC, you need to download an appropriate driver for it. Visit the following official website in order to download a driver that is compatible with your operating system. Also, it's advised to use a program that was specially designed for this type of scanner for the scanning operation. You can download the MP Navigator from the following website. With the help of this tool, you can use all the features of your Canon.
