I want the master computer to shut down a remote computer. Then, can the master computer send electrical signal or input to the PLC connected to the master computer?
If you shut down the computer through the application, then there is no way it can send additional signals. Once it's shut down, it stays that way and all communication from and to the computer are not possible.
