Arbortext Iso Viewer 7 does not work with Win 7 64 bit.
Any help?

I couldn't find any info that would lead to suggesting that Arbortext ISO viewer 7 supports Win 7 64 bit at all. You could try to run it on win 7 using the compatibility mode.
