There are various ways in which you can convert a spreadsheet to Word. Depending on your needs , you can copy and paste the spreadsheet into Word but it will keep it's original format. If you want to have the spreadsheet information but the Word format, you may require a conversion tool.
Select the spreadsheet object and copy it(right-click on the selection you made, and click copy), next open Word and right-click Paste. You should see the object you just copied from your spreadsheet appear on your Word document. Now you can use the Paste Options button, located near the imported object to make it suitable for your needs. For example, if you want it to look just like on your spreadsheet, chose " Match Destination Table Style" or "Paste as Picture" and if you want to remove the table from it, you can go with "Keep Text Only".
You could download a software that has the features previously stated on "Option 1", and even more such as, automatically adjusting of the Sheet size or even convert it into other formats(PDF, PowerPoint,etc.). For this task, I recommend Okdo Excel to Word Converter.
