You can uninstall this program by using Windows uninstaller. To use that, you can try to go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7) select the program and hit the Uninstall button.
However, if this method isn't working, I suggest using Revo Uninstaller. This tool will force the application to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
