Is Pandora's Box not compatible with Windows 7?

I bought the CD-ROM of Pandora's Box years ago. System requirements: Windows 95, 98, ME.
Now my PC has Windows 7 Home edition and I cannot get the CD-Rom to work. It does install, but when I try to start the game, nothing happens. Does this mean I can't play this game anymore?

Yes, you are right. You cannot play this game anymore because the Microsoft page (which offered a patch to enhance compatibility) is not working anymore. Troubleshooting compatibility will also make no good. The game will not start no matter what you do.
