If you cannot download the installer from the web, then use the following direct download URL to obtain the full package: http://cache-download.real.com/free/windows/installer/player/rp16/R81APDF/RealPlayer.exe

Save it to the location of your choice and then launch it. You don't need an active Internet connection for the offline package installer.
