ES File Explorer is not designed for this purpose, but you can organize your music in folders with this app. Just press the + icon to create a new folder, type a name (Album, Artist, Playlist) and move the songs you want in that folder. In order to move them, navigate to their directory, tap and hold your finger over the songs you want to move and press Cut. After that, navigate to your new folder and paste the songs. However, I recommend you use a utility from Google Play Store specially designed to organize the music files. Many of these applications are free of charge and easy to install and use.
