All the apps are locked in my Prestigio tablet. How can I unlock them?

My Prestigio tablet is from the school and they lock all the apps. I can't even go to settings because it's locked as well and I have to enter a password, but how can I even format all the tablet so the lock goes or to unlock the apps?

If the tablet is using Android operating system, turn it off then press Volume Up + Power Button until the Android logo appears. Enter Recovery then select Wipe data and restart the tablet. Everything will be deleted and the tablet will also be unlocked.
