Viber is showing on contact list when the app has been deleted. How can the status show that the contact as being online?

If a contact was showing as last active 12/10/13 but then since December is consistently online - can this be correct if the person hasn't actually Viber since 12/10/13 activated? When I have sent them a message they haven't received this on their Android phone - and they have confirmed that Viber hasn't been installed since October. Confused, would appreciate an explanation, please.

If Viber consistently displays the specified contact as online, it means that there is an error or the status was blocked or there is the possibility the status was set up to be online (an "online" text was assigned). This is just an application error. If last active was on 12/10/13 then it means it's true.
