I bought my phone through Sprint. I am no longer with Sprint but it still comes on under Sprint. Now it shuts off for no reason. How do I get Sprint off?
If you have an Android phone, try using Factory Reset from the Privacy in Settings menu. Because the phone is from Sprint, you cannot remove the built-in application unless you root it with a custom tool first.
