In order to connect your Nokia device to the Internet through any Android device, you need to create a mobile HotSpot. To do this, you need to go to Settings > Wireless and Network > Tethering and portable HotSpot > Portable WiFi HotSpot > in order to activate the HotSpot on your Android device.
