How to connect a Samsung 5350 3G mobile to an Android tablet to use the Internet?

I have no dongle connection and no WiFi in range, only Internet on my Samsung mobile. Is it possible to stream the Internet connection to the tablet (Zen Master A10 Android) through the mobile? I need a suggestion please.

Samsung 5350 does not have tethering features which means that you cannot broadcast its Internet connection to devices in the near vicinity.
