What does this software do? I have it on my PC, but can't recall how it came to be there together with a mirror and printer driver from Support Soft? Do I need it?
This was an application for Support Soft to gather information about the software it offered. You can uninstall it from your PC as the website and the service is not available anymore. I also recommend scanning your computer with an antimalware or antivirus application to make sure it's clean. Combofix is a recommended application for this job.
