No, there shouldn't be two processes of this file running on your computer. Most likely, one version of the file is infected with malware. To remove it, download Combofix and run it. It will close all the background running applications and the Internet will be disabled to prevent additional infection. During the cleaning phase, the computer might restart a few times. Once the process completes, a log will be opened. Use CTRL + F and type the name of the file and you should see it's on the Deleted processes section.
