My 16-bit Micrografx Designer 7 won't load on to my new 64-bit Windows 8 PC. Will iGrafx Designer work?

Neither iGrafx Designer will not run on Windows 8 64-bit, because it's not compatible with it. The application was released for Windows 95 and 98.
