This application was not designed to work on Windows 8. However, you can try to install it using compatibility mode. To do that, you can swipe in from the right edge of the screen in order to open the menu and press Search. In the search box type run programs and select Run programs made for previous versions of Windows. A new window should open where you can select the program that you want to install. If your program isn't in the list just press Not listed and search for it. Click next and follow the instruction provided.
