How can I upgrade MaintainIt Pro? What is the name of the developer?

You can't upgrade MaintainIt Pro because there isn't an online resource available for this purpose. From what it seems, MaintainIt Pro has been discontinued and it is no longer supported. The software is an old Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) developed by Datastream Systems.
