You can unlock your device only if you have the universally unique identifier (UUID) code and SuperPIN number. This information appears on the Medion GoPal display after you confirm the device settings and you should save them in a safe place. If you have these codes, turn on the device, type them in the provided fields and follow the on-screen instructions. If you don't have them, I suggest you contact the manufacturer.
