No, the application is not developed to run on the latest Windows operating systems. I suggest you to try to install and run the application on your computer using Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.
It also works perfectly on Windows xp 7 8 8.1 10 11. to install it you need to unzip all in a folder and run setup
