The BHS Cam Setup Tool is installed, but when I connect the camera, it doesn't appear connected in the application interface. I've restarted both my computer and camera, but it doesn't work. What can I do?
In order to fix the issue, remove the software from your Mac computer and download and install the updated version. After the installation process is complete, connect the camera, launch the software and check if DVR Connected message appears. If not, reboot your computer and plug the camera back in. Check the page 10 from the official user guide for further information.
