I’m having a problem that I hope you can help me with. Somewhere on my computer is a program that interferes with almost everything I try to do.

I’m having a problem that I hope you can help me with. Somewhere on my computer is a program that interferes with almost everything I try to do.

It makes a ding-dong sound and freezes the mouse pointer for a second and then a few seconds later does the same thing as if leaving what ever it was doing. I know that is not much information to go on, but I hope someone will recognize this problem.

kindly advise me how to get clear conversation. after a clear ringing tone makes a ding dong sound and freezes the mouse pointer also deducting money. now more than one pounds lost for me.How much time i spend in front of the computer.
