I suggest you to download and install Windows Classic Shell 4.1.0 from the official web page. It is compatible with the latest Windows operating systems inclusive Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Click the Download Now! button, save the file to your computer and install the application using the Administrator rights. If the issue reappears, you will need to get in touch with the developer.
