If you still can't find it I recommend you to uninstall the program (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then reinstall it again. When you start the installation process again, I suggest you follow the installation guide. At one point it will ask you to select the exact location you want this application to be installed. After you finish the installation, go to this location and you will find the executable file there.
