Loss of "today's" display.

Question

Have just changed the batteries on my uploader. Now the double crossed T plus exclamation mark is flashing and no consumption figure is being shown (but target figure is). I try to sync with my computer but "error" comes up. Unfortunately, I have mislaid instruction booklet.

You need to check if the drivers are correctly installed for Onzo Uploader. Since the device is attached through a USB cable, you need to go to Device Manager. You can access it using Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. If there is a yellow item in the list, right click it and select Update Drivers. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet to retrieve the mass USB storage drivers since you will be connecting a device with a storage device.
