As you can see, the new client has been completely redesigned. It is possible that some elements were removed or possibly merged with others. If you install the latest version of S.I. Client, you will notice that you still have the possibility to add the icon to the taskbar through the Settings > Interface area. Check the Settings menu and then go to Interface and enable the option. You will then be able to access the client from the system tray on the lower right section.
